1. Who is entitled to Free Accommodation?

• Players: Participants registered in the Main Draw (Singles, Doubles, and Consolation).
• Official Coaches: One coach per Federation/Country with players in the Main Draw (as defined on the official Tennis Europe website).
• Accommodation Period: From April 12 (entry date in the draw) until the morning after elimination from the tournament.

2. Accompanying Persons and Individual Coaches

• Persons not covered by the criteria above may stay in the official hotels for a fee (special rates).
• 💰 Prices per person / per night:
  • Single Room: €95.00
  • Double / Twin Room (separate beds): €55.00
  • Triple Room: €50.00
• Registration: Mandatory through this form for reservation and credential issuance.
• Included Services: Breakfast and Wi-Fi.
• Room Sharing Rule: Mixed rooms (opposite sexes) are only allowed between parents and children.
• Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid extra charges.

3. Official Transport and Meals

• 🚚 Official Transport
  • Arrivals (from April 7): Transport available from Porto Airport (OPO) and bus/train terminals. Arrival details should be indicated in this form or sent by email to the organization.
  • Departures: Return transport must be requested at the organization office at check-out using the appropriate form.
• 🍴 Meals (Lunch and Dinner)
  • Free: For Main Draw players and Official Coaches (on-site at the tournament).
  • Paid: Accompanying persons and other coaches can purchase meal vouchers at the club office.

4. Official Hotels – Check-in and Check-out

• Hotel Confirmation: You will receive an email with the official hotel name up to 48 hours before arrival (also check SPAM folder). If no confirmation is received, contact the organization.
• Check-out: Must be done by 1:00 PM to avoid extra night charges.
• Arrivals after 9:00 PM: Must be communicated in advance via email: 📧 tenismaiajovem@gmail.com
• During Qualifying Rounds: If leaving early, it is recommended to leave luggage at the hotel reception until 1:30 PM to avoid extra charges.
• Main Draw / Doubles / Consolation: Free support ends the morning after the player’s elimination.

5. Consent and Data Protection (GDPR)

• I authorize the organization of the Maia Youth International Cup to collect and process personal data provided exclusively for registration, accommodation, and accreditation purposes.
• In the case of minors under 18 years, I declare that I have parental responsibility or express permission to register them.
• I authorize the capture and distribution of images and videos of the event for informational and promotional purposes on official platforms.
• I understand that the data will be handled securely and only for the strictly necessary period.
